I will shortly be putting my business up for sale.

I think local media will be OK,ie,radio, local publications.

Although to reach a wider audience I am thinking of Baht & Sold,or Thai Visa.

Has anyone used either of these sites,to sell items or a business.

I won't use Sunbelt as they don't have an office close by and their charges are quite steep.

Thanks in advance, for any useful info.

It is a floating restaurant.

Presently music oriented.

Has been in my hands 6 years.

Target market,more than likely a Thai buyer,but possibly,a Thai/foreigner.

Although there's not so many foreign folk in my neck of the woods.

Tough to say. You want the buyer who really wants to open a restaurant, not the buyer looking for a cheap investment.

There are probably quite a few foreigners who'd like to open a restaurant in Thailand, but do they have the money? I'd encourage you to run ads in both Thai and English for that reason.

list the business (with lots of photos) on every site that ranks high for the relevant search terms, e.g. "restaurants for sale in thailand"

maybe even add a page on the trading website to explain the sale (with a positive spin) and buy some google adwords for key phrases - good luck
