Hi folks my friend is planning a trip next week plans to stay in soi yen sabai told a new French cafe open past to months name unknown

Yes that's correct. There are now one thai,one belgian/thai, one french and one italian restaurant in the soi.

One should probably mention that this Soi is in Pattaya (topic is in "General...").

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's Chez Serge..and I would call it more like a restaurant than a cafe..haven't been there yet so I can't give You an opinion about the place..
