Man Stabs Wife To Death For 'Denying Him Sex'
By Khaosod Online

CHIANG MAI: -- Police in Mae Ai district, Chiang Mai province, said a Lahu ethnic man stabbed his wife to death because she refused to have sexual intercourse with him.

Ms. Napohsee Eueuu, 35, who was also a member of the Lahu tribe, was found dead on her bed. On her body, police discovered several wounds, presumably caused by her husband, Mr. Jajah Mochai. The man was also injured as he tried to killed himself with the same knife he allegedly used to stab his wife.

When the police arrived, the man was severely injured and was sent to the hospital straight away.

The couple’s neighbours told police that Ms. Napohsee was upset with her husband for spending too much money buying the fertilizer for their vegetable farm. She then reportedly tried to avoid having sexual intercourse with him, sparking arguments between the couple.

Police believe Mr. Jajah was enraged with Ms. Napohsee rejection, before he fatally stabbed her.

The killing of the wife might not have taken place due to refusal of sexual matters, because if Thai husbands have such a sex refusal problem from their wife's they find sexual Thai girls easily, and there is no need to kill the wife.

Thus the killing may have been caused for other reasons, perhaps fighting problems (as stated) about their vegetable farm issues, or other fighting issues.

He was silly to kill his wife, should he come out of hospital alive then he will be prosecuted and sent into prison for many years.

Sorry for his wife ... RIP.

And they think themselves better than a Third World country.

Who's that, the Lahu? Bit over the top there IMO Johnnie, this sort of thing happens even in that pinnacle of civilization where you come from.

I wouldn't even consider having sex with the majority of women in the pinnacle of civilisation that I came from. Repeatedly stabbing somebody with a knife wouldn't be an option either.

I'll bet Johnnie99 doesn't even know who the Lahu are. Idiots like this shouldn't be allowed to post on a public forum.

They aren't/weren't Thai, and 'silly' doesn't really cover it.

The term silly is silliness, and silliness is foolishness, and foolishness is madness, thus for the husband to kill his wife was a silly activity.

Whether he is Thai or not does not matter, sexual females are found easily in Thailand.

RIP to the deceased but.. WHY does the neighbour know that the wife was avoiding to have sex with her husband?

Lahu neighbours are usually related and they know EVERYTHING about each other

Sadly--and RIP to the young lady,--but, I am sure that Alcohol will have played a part in this tragedy.

Lahu males are partial to a drop of the 'lao khao' and up in Mae Ai plenty of Yabba around so most likely played a role..
