Can someone please translate "ควย" to English for me?

Sorta two meanings:

1/ It means penis (and not in the anatomical way, so more like penis with a c)

2/ It means the same as doing the fingers (Which in English is more an f u, but in Thai is more literally penis but with a c)

As far as I know, it's one of the most impolite single words in Thai (as opposed to sentences). Although that isn't an area I've researched much so I could be wrong.

I'm going to close this thread now, as further discussion may just turn vulgar lol.
