The manager, NICK speaks excellent English and they are very reputable. When I brought a Gateway in tor a HD problem...he suggested first I go to Acer service and see if it was still under warranty..which it was. He didn't have to do that and could have just done the repair himself and charged me.

A software problem can be taken care of remotely. It's why I asked for details of the problem.

try Panthip Plaza, they have many laptop repair shops, they can help with hardware and software issues

I would avoid panthip, too many cheats and people overcharging, fortune is far better.
