Does anyone know of a machinery dealer who sells small rotary hoes suitable for use in a vegie garden

I cannot find a dealer in Phuket and am quite hapy to travel to another province for one

you can pick them up reasonably cheap online, sorry I cant remember the company name but I did a search last year and found several and saw quite a few at a recent agricultural show at Nakon si Thammarat as well. Try Thai agricultural machinery or rotary hoes in google

They manufacture them and can tell you of a dealer near you. They can read and write email in English. I bought a chipper/shredder from them and am very happy with it. Honda engines.

I bought one of their chippers a couple of years ago to chip longan trimmings. Ate sets of belts every couple of hours at first as the pulleys were out of line. Once realigned a set of belts would last maybe 4 hours.

Then the belt tensioner broke off because of very poor welding. The machine was well traveled by the time they finally took it back - trips from Chiang Mai area to their "factory" each problem.

After much "discussion" they finally reimbursed my money and took the less than decent machine back. Good riddance!

Thanks for the replies, i like to see something demonstrated before i buy thats why i am hoping to find a dealer in southern Thailand
