Actually the fact that almost never bigger busts are made leads me to suspect that they might be protected and the BIB only take off the small fry once in a while. In general what happens next in such cases.. Class one drug considered serious in Thailand. 35 years ago while spending time here the death sentence was still being enforced for manufacture, posession and trafficking heroin and other drugs.
