Hi, in Central Shopping Mall on the 4th floor, if I remember correctly! one near Toys R Us and one opposite - Beach Road end.

3rd or 4th Floor in Central Mall, very close to the beach end.. Bright pink shop, you cant miss it.. Best place I have found in Pattaya.. Don't go to the dark one with the disco light inside - I had mine done there once and when I needed them refilled they kept turning me away and telling me to come back the next day, when again they were 'busy', over and over again.
