Does anyone know what intermediary bank SCB uses when we send wire transfers from the US?

Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

Don't know but I bank with SCB and have done a lot of wire transfers over the years from the U.S. from three different U.S. banks.

I note, tho, that each bank has tightened up a bit, now I must fill in a form, sign it, and fax or attach to an email and send it in. One of the banks does a phone call back to me to confirm that I really sent it. Good security.

About all I provide is:

-- SCB SWIFT number

-- my branch name

-- my account number

System works fine, the baht, at a good exchange rate, is in my account within three working days, sometimes faster.

Makes no difference since it is all handled in the background and they all take the same cut

But if you really want to know it is:

Citi Bank N.A.

111 Wall Street

New York , NY 10005

(as of 2012)
