Yeah , for those that know, but what about the tourists ????? I would say they think the city is rat infested.

My opinion is that this is not a positive bit of advertising. Not without MICE defined better

i pass that sign 2 times a week when i take my kid out to her thai language classes... glad the confusion is cleared up... IF that is the really answer..

gotta wonder why they don't explain the acronym ... maybe they do in thai?
