Tried everything to get myiplayer.eu to work. Set HOLA to UK. Turned off adblocker. Nothing allows fast enough transmission on my WiFi connection to be watchable on US channels. Hulu works perfectly, in HDD, with Hola set to US.

the most simple reliable method I have found to watch US and BBCiplayer content:

Using Firefox browser, do google search for: mediahint download.

download mediahint

watch desired foreign programming

this can be done with the chrome browser also but installing the app takes more steps

The web site has ads and quality not so good but you can download and install the app so no ads, good quality and no buffering on a 3mb connection.

Use advanced custom install so it doesn't install the other crap it wants to.

I had a look at that website (myiplayer) and as I use a few different add-ons for Firefox I couldn't get one channel to play. I still think some of the streams on XBMC are much better than that website. If it's only sport you're after then Rojadirecta or First Row Sports are quite good.
