Bankruptcy is coming in Pizza Co. Sometimes I had to wait 1,5 hrs.

No way. Makes tons of money. Doubt your withholding your business will send them into bankruptcy lol.

Hello Yankee99

Having spoken to many delivery drivers in the past (I only order Pizza Company pizzas), I can confirm for you that the cost of the late pizza IS DEDUCTED from the driver's pay, While it seems like a WIN for us, it is actually a LOSS for the driver personally.

If, however, you get a phone call notifying you of the delay, the 30 minutes starts again from the end of that telephone conversation.

That was confirmed by a Pizza Company manager.

Regards,

Thomas

Than they pay very good I think, else all the staff would run away. It is easy to find a job as motorbike delivery in Bangkok. And what happens if the pizza needs 25 to be ready, does the driver go with lightspeed?

Yes they deliver and have a web site but areas are very restricted as they departed Thailand for about 10 years ago and have just started to appear again.

Pizza Co is my weekly Friday indulgence. It's reasonably good, although not perfect by any means. You could probably find something to complain about at any pizza joint. And their Italian sausage actually tastes right - not like other places that cut up hotdogs on a pizza and call it sausage.

I like their website, easy to order online and call up your history to re-order. I alway get served in about 20 minutes even during rush hour, and the drivers are super nice to me. Maybe it's because I tip. 20-30 baht extra is next to nothing for me, but it sure seems to delight the driver to no end.

I'm wondering if the 40 baht delivery fee (tacked-on during online checkout) goes to the driver.

I actually had one this evening (in KKC).

No coupon.

Anyhow, I suspect they "nuke" the pizza a few seconds just before it goes out the door, since the sauce under the toppings are still extremely hot, even after 30-40 minutes.

If they would nuke them then the crust would not be crispy anymore.

They heat those delivery-bags all the time before delivery. They can see the temperature of the bag before they use it, they always use the warmest ones.

Some branches use too much sauce, i don't like that. Also i don't need the 30 bags of ketchup that come with it, only some oregano and black pepper is what i need.

Update today i ordered a pizza online with my ipad...Now after reading the back of my voucher card it says to inform them about the use of the card when ordering and not to be used with promotions and must order a large pie....Okay i got it and checked the promotions and buy 1 get 1 is not listed. Ok still not sure how to use the card as it seems the only way to order pizza online is buy 1 get 1...I order the pizzas and where is says method of payment you enter exact or you enter a amount i entered 38 baht and voucher card....

Ok at 29 minutes i get a call asking the name of my village and i confirm its the same one listed on their site(in thai) for several years. 10 minutes later the driver comes and i hand him the card and 60 baht he says no... I ask why and he says i am suppose to enter the serial number of the card when placing the order,,,I ask how are customers suppose to know that? ok mai ben rai i am happy to pay just give me another 400 baht voucher for being late....Driver "i am not late" i show him the time and he says we have been talking for 15 minutes...more like 5....I then ask how he can call my phone at the 29 minute mark and make it here in less then a minute....ok mai be rai mai me voucher.....45 minutes later another driver shows with a voucher...

Interesting.

I must say, those bags are damn good quality.

I was surprised to read online, the Pizza Company is actually a Thai company.
