cat5
My girlfriend is due to apply for a fiance visa. She has her supporting documents and I have mine (e.g. bank statements, birth certificate, etc.) here in the UK. Can I send my documents to the UK embassy here in the UK rather than post them to Thailand? Or do they all have to be submitted to the British Embassy in Bangkok? 7by7
She has to submit the application form, financial questionnaire and all the supporting documents at the same time. So you will need to send your part to her beforehand. BTW, there is no UK embassy in the UK and the decision on her visa will be made by entry clearance officers based in the British embassy in Bangkok. ThaiVisaExpress
Your partner must submit the application in Bangkok as confirmed by 7by 7.
