Hi

Can anyone advise on a travel agent for a not-too-expensive round trip ticket BKK - HONG KONG - BKK valid for one year (not a budget airline)?

Thanks!

Can't help you with an agent (I always book myself online) but would caution that full one-year validity tickets tend to be more expensive than shorter duration tickets - especially if they have return dates than are cangeable at no cost.

Ref airlines, Emirates (EK) is good - I use them on that route fairly frequently. As most EK passengers going to HKG take one of the dirext DXB-HKG flights, the BKB-HKG-BKK legs are sometimes not too heavily populated.

I have just done this trip and used Emirates which I find to be the best for this trip. A380 plane and cheaper when booking online rather than using an agent

Have a look at HK Airline, good times, good prices, not a LCC with new A330 aircraft, their business class tickets are not much more than other airlines cheap economy, and If I remember right you get 50kgs baggage allowance

Just to mention, that their website says 50 lbs (not kgs), which is 23 kgs.

I flew Bangkok - Hong Kong one way earlier this year with Sri Lankan Air. Couldn't fault them. Booked online, can't remember who through, but they have their own website to.
