It's in Thai only but if you open each of the links on the left hand side in turn you will come to a calendar in English that shows the holidays/closure days. OK - I've now done the legwork for you - here's the page link - its the third link in the first stanza of links on the home page: http://www.thaisavannakhet.com/savannakhet/th/consulate/officehours/ PS I would still use my wife (or a Thai-speaking friend if you don't have one of those) to phone the consulate to double check once I had selected my date.
