90 Days Reporting in Bangkok

Few questions that bother my mind. I will be glad if my questions are clarified about the topic.

1. Is CHAENGWATTANA the only office in Bangkok where foreigners residing in Bangkok can report for 90 Days reporting especially now a these days in political turmoil? Is there any alternative office to cater for 90 Days reporting in Bangkok and what is the address?
2. I have not received so far any reply back from immigration as I did send them documents by registered mail a month back regarding 90 days reporting. Should I contact in person to CHAENGWATTANA immigration office or any other office in Bangkok? If I can have the address.

Immigration has set up a temporary office in Lad Prao and CW is closed for now.

Normally though CW is the only place you can do the reports.
