December 13, 201312 yr Who are you saying this to? The top one could be right depending on who you are and who you are saying it to. The bottom one is incomplete. In each case it's like (for example) you're say 60 years old and you're saying it to a 20 year woman, but it comes across as a bit harsh, not sweet. The difference between the top and bottom example is you're telling her she's beautiful but/or/and... you need to finish the sentence. If you're telling a girl she's beautiful and it's because you're interested in her, then neither of these examples are appropriate. Likewise if you were a younger guy/girl telling an older woman this would be rude. It all depends on who you are and who you are directing this towards and what your intentions are.

December 14, 201312 yr Author You're not going to use 'min' if you know her. We need to know who she is. Actually, just the opposite. You only use "min" on people you know. You should never address someone you don't know with "min". My question is intended for native Burmese speakers who are familiar with the language.
December 18, 201312 yr You're not going to use 'min' if you know her. We need to know who she is. Actually, just the opposite. You only use "min" on people you know. You should never address someone you don't know with "min". My question is intended for native Burmese speakers who are familiar with the language. I am Burmese. You're confusing the issue, not me. I asked you very clearly who you're directing this towards and you didn't reply. If this is your wife/girlfriend and you use 'min' then that is acceptable. If this is a girl you just know, then using 'min' is rude.
December 29, 201312 yr Top one is the correct choice... 'min' may be an issue if it is coming from Myanmar natives. But if it is from foreigners, doubt it's really matter.
