That used to be one of my favourite bars on Soi 8, good place to watch the passing parade without getting hit on every 10 seconds, and the beer has always been cheap, still only 45 baht for a Leo I think. The bar staff can be a little abrupt, certainly not over friendly.

The SB is a Pattaya institution, has been around for many years, and will still be there long after many of its competitors have come and gone.

Its hassle free, Big Mama runs a tight ship and dont take any shit, the staff are hilarious to watch in action, play spot the Tom/Dee.

Love it when Big Mama throws drunken farang bums out, "your mouth no good" is one I have heard many times.

Brilliant place, I always visit every time I am in Pattaya, the place hasnt changed in the 20 odd years I have been using it
