Please can anybody advise me regarding marriage in Thailand or UK. Been working & living in Thailand for the last 12 years. Now having 2 children both holding Uk Passports and planning to move back to the UK to be close to my family.

Option 1 marry in Thailand and apply for settlement visa

Option 2 marry in Uk and apply for marriage visa

My partner been in the UK 8 times for different lengths of times and had 6 month. 2 year and 5 year visa with no hassle previously.

Any feed back would be great !
