Featured Replies

words of praise!I had a problem with my 4 month old PC ,the shop I bought it from supplied the tel number of the service centre in Bangkok so I called and was asked for the details of the problem, type of PC model etc. After this I supplied my address etc and wasked for a copy of the receipt which I scanned and sent.Had an E mail saying a service rep would arrive next day,he did and replaced the troublesome part(LED screen)and was on his way back to Bangkok in an hour!!Could not be more pleased!!

er....help us out here. Who are you praising? I have had similar here in Thailand with Dell's contracted company (who also work for HP, Lenovo and a few more).

MY PC is a Dell.Just saying the response was prompt and efficient .

  • I bought it in the Tukom building Pattaya with the usual receipt saying no refund /no return on it but the service centre just wanted the date of purchase and that was all!

1 year standard warranty. You can extend that up to 4 years for a reasonable (considering the service level) cost by calling the call centre and requesting it.
