I did, I saw some cop handing over boxes to some other cop. Did not watch the whole thing. I am not surprised if what you say is true, given that is what the police are usually equipped with. haven't read the whole thread but what I've been told by thai sources is the dead policeman was actually employed to guard the protestor's side, not an opposing policeman. So the situation isn't as clear is it first seems, cd be police 'friendly fire' situation perhaps?
