Seems strange that someone is willing to accept counterfeit note without any hassle!? Yes it's possible that he is knowingly handing out fake cash from his restaurant. He probably isn't though. Why would he do so when he could just as easily (and much more anonymously) spend it in shops? Would You give someone 100 , next day, against "tissue" without argument?? I believe the amount was closer to 15, and yes, I would in certain circumstances (as alluded to by an earlier poster). If you're genuinely concerned you should notify the police.
