Hi.

Well its that time in life were maybe i should think about making a will.

My Thai wife and i are currently living in the UK and maybe retire to Thailand to live, So making a will may work out complicated.

I don't have any children, Only a step son.

Regarding wishes in a Will. I may want to be buried back in the UK and if i am living in Thailand, this would prove expensive and also at the time, i would not have any say in the matter.

Anyways, Just thought i would ask the question, How have other people gone about making a will and there wishes!!!

I believe that i might have to make 2 wills, one in the UK and one in Thailand.

On another note, you read story's of people retiring in Thailand and never to be seen again, Is there anything you can do to protect yourself from been killed off for your Money ;-( i.e, their has to be a body for the will to become active!!! other wise everything will go to the cats home in the UK!!! I know that this is extreme, but feel that you have to cover everything.
