Sorry. Never sold a car I owned before. About to sell one I own outright. Do I or we have to go to a govt office? Appreciate your know how...!

Farangs need residency certificates from Immigration, both buyer and seller if applicable - take them to Dept of Motor Vehicles along with the blue book (registration) and the vehicle (for inspection) and complete their paperwork and pay the transfer fee. Done.

Farangs need residency certificates from Immigration, both buyer and seller if applicable - take them to Dept of Motor Vehicles along with the blue book (registration) and the vehicle (for inspection) and complete their paperwork and pay the transfer fee. Done.

Nothing to do with skin color, only with nationality. So it shoudl be 'foreigners need residence certificate'. And that residence certificate can be replaced by yellow housebook or workpermit.

Not at the Chonburi office it can't. Maybe others.
