I hope this subject is permitted.

Presuming there is no coup beforehand, a lot is going to happen on Monday and in the following days. Perhaps members might like to suggest the best websites to follow events as they happen. For me, it will be Twitter feeds from The Nation and the other paper, and the websites of both. Anyone have any other suggestions? If in Thai, please say so.

Good post WitawatWatawit, hope it stays up.

I would expect things to change before the 13th (maybe as early as Saturday) as people take to the streets and the various platforms erected. If this happens, then it will affect traffic and movement in the capital.

I am travelling from Rayong for an evening flight from Don Muang on Saturday afternoon, so am hoping it is incident free then.

Don't forget extra dummies. I think there's going to be a lot of spitting going on. passifier.gif

There is also this pinned topic in News that you can Follow - Information on Protest Sites

Apologies if I wasn;'t clear enough. I meant sites that provide minute-by-minute descriptions and breaking news updates. In 2010, there were a lot of people on twitter with running commentaries of the action. They provided immense "colour" to the whole incident and filled in a lot of detail that the main news providers (who also used them) could not.

Scarf: I forgot to add Thai Visa - my bad. (Hope you're not a scarfie from Otago - they're the enemy.)

Wit.
