Unless I'm doing something really stupid, I can't seem to find Movieseer, anymore, even with a Google search.

So... it bit the dust??? Damned shame.

If so, too bad; a such a nuisance to have to use the Major, then SF sites... and STILL be in the dark about what's playing at the Lido, Apex, and RCA??? :(

Anyone have links to see the independant theaters?

Thanks!

there was a thread about movieseer a few weeks ago and someone from movieseer responded saying the site was being redesigned/improved - it only seemd to work less well and be a bit of a mess.

now i cant seem to access it either. a real pity as it was my go to place for movies and basically worked fine if its not broken...

BTW the Scala cinema very near Apex is worth a visit just for the expereince of an original 1960's cinema. wonderful building.

12 years a slave is on there next weekend.

Hi all -

I just launched an alternative to Movie Seer –

www.moveedoo.com

I was getting so frustrated with the Movie Seer site so knocked this out. There are still a number of bugs, and I've only got listings for the Major Cineplex group (but for all of Thailand) as well as RCA, Scala and Lido.

I'll be continuing to work on this so please check in regularly.

Thanks!

thanks for the effort but it is rather cumbersome and there are no search options that i can see.

i would think that a site of this type would invovle very complex scripting.

there is no distinciton made as to the sound track language, suntitles, 2-D or 3-D, iMax etc.

no theater contact info, class of theater, or specific addresses either.

possibly showing the theaters, movies and times in a spread sheet format would be more advantageous. not so appealing design-wise, but at least all the info is there.

Looks like, =moveedoo= has lost its drive, not up to date any more. blink.png
