I ate in Surin something called pla-nin, stuffed with lemongrass then grilled and rolled in salt. With the sauce, best I ever had

Fully agree. Did you wrap it in lettuce leaves, add sauce to your liking then scoff it down? Had it the other days at a friend's birthday party and the whole lot was gone in minutes!

Has anyone had the barbeque sting ray available in Singapore? is it available anywhere in Thailand?

I used to enjoy that down on the waterfront in the afternoon in Singapore, along with some stir-fried Bok Cho with black mushrooms, and a cold beer
