Hi

I have an older flatscreen TV, maybe 5yo, a Philips 32TA2800 I want to put on the bedroom wall.

It has 6 screw holes on the back as for a mounting bracket, but not in the format I have seen more recently which come in two sizes in a square formation I believe.

Anyway this TV has 6 holes in two vertical rows about 40cm apart.

Each row has 3 holes about 10cm apart.

Can I get a wall bracket for this?

Yup it's not a Vesa mount, you'll need an adaptor like this http://www.123brackets.co.uk/Product/PHILIPS/32/BracketStyle_t0/vesa/32TA2800/Super-flat-Bracket-p1176.html

Could be a job for your local metal basher, the Vesa mount is a 300 x 300 square, measure the TV for those spacings, make a plate out of 2-3mm steel and bolt it to a commercial Vesa wall mount.

Also, the Sanus website can help you select a compatible version of mount, though when I checked it didn't have your exact Flat Screen model.

Thankyou both v much

I guess I should learn to look for things more efficiently myself!

Your bracket would indeed convert Crossy though I have seen brackets here like those pointed out by Richcor with two adjustable vertical arms here in Thailand, haven't I?

I'm guessing they'd do the job......will check in Amorn.

Again thanks!
