Popular Post lormakmak
Dear TV members, Last year out of nowhere my then wife and love of my life cleared off after receiving her Indefinite Leave to Remain visa which is documented in this topic http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/666884-wife-has-uk-ilr-approved-then-vanishes-and-tells-me-not-to-look-for-her/#entry6809820 Much time has passed since then and I am divorcing her at the moment through what they call 'decree nisi' basically the court acknowledges she has received the paperwork filing for divorce but has failed to act... As you will see from the link it was a very strange happening, she just packed her bag without ever looking back or even meeting me to discuss anything and left a lot of her stuff at the home, I thought she must be with another man or something and thought the grass was greener on the other side.... Just the other day whilst surfing through Facebook I noticed a familiar face who was being recommended as a friend as it does and clicked on the profile....to my shock on her friends list was my still wife and soon to be ex under a nickname but it was her...of course I clicked on the profile of this and this is where I was astounded at what I saw, it seems all the while she had been living a secret life as a lesbian, there were exchanges on there with other lesbians that left me in shock especially as whilst she was conversing with these people she was supposedly happily married and living with me, the likes on there were all for gay bars and clubs and all of her friends on there were mainly 'toms' both Thai and western. When I first posted on TV about her clearing off just after getting the ILR there were lots of opinions and some laughter at my expense but also lots of supportive people saying things like 'it happens' and 'not the first and won't be the last' the thing is I did feel cheated that I had been used for my status in the UK for her to purely gain the ILR visa and it seems I have been, the exchanges with the lesbians go back to 2012 from what I have seen.... So make of it what you will.... I just thought it was a bit different to the normal wife clearing off story we read about on here

Your comments about the "clutches" of the tom open a can of worms. I am aware of may Thai ladies who were 'got at' by the resident mamasons/mafia - usually involved gambling/drinking/whoring. Not that I am against any of that but it seemed so manipulative.

And i was not having a dig at the poster, Just another Point from a different angle. if i have offended the poster it was not intentional. Most of the Thai women hooking up with foreigners have no chance of a Thai husband and face a life of hard manual work on their own in Thailand. In the unlikely event they did manage to get a Thai man, he would probably beat them regularly and cheat on them. So the foreign guy comes along, is happy to share whatever he has with the girl, and you describe them as "let down". As far as I can see they should be happy to be given a chance of living a comfortable life in a civilized country. I just don't see your point. The OP was clearly a decent guy that was deliberately scammed and cheated by a Thai lady to get a UK settlement visa. Your posts are just strange, why do so many men want to kick other men when given the chance. It's just a piece of nastiness I could never understand. These girls all signed documents stating they came to live in the UK to be with the husbands they love. If you know different you should be reporting them to the UK immigration authorities for the lying frauds they are. Not encouraging their poor behaviour.
