sunoco27
If anyone has a friend or knows of people living here in Cnx from Pennsylvania U.S.A., could they please respond. I am trying to coordinate some travel back this Summer and need to ask some questions.
Ulysses G.
I was hoping that this was a thread about a new Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant in Chiang Mai. No such luck!
phuket Mike
If you are on Facebook you can use the graph search and type (without quotes) "People who live in Chiang Mai, Thailand from Pennsylvania" there are quite a few.
NeverSure
I was hoping that this was a thread about a new Pennsylvania Dutch restaurant in Chiang Mai. No such luck! I hope it's really good. They have wonderful food. Trivia: The Pennsylvania Dutch weren't Dutch, they were German and spoke/speak German or "deutsch." Link
Ulysses G.
I love the homemade Amish food that they sell from their farmhouses!
NeverSure
I love the homemade Amish food that they sell from their farmhouses! I do too, and the crafts. I bought a 100% hand made quilt at a farmhouse. Lancaster Country has a couple of towns that crack me up. One is named Intercourse. It was named that originally because it was at the intercourse or junction of two main roads. Still, it is funny do be driving down the freeway and come to an off ramp sign with an arrow that says "Intercourse." Link
BlackArtemis
I hail from outside Philly, will be travelling back in June. We also have Blue ball, bird in hand, and paradise, all near intercourse. In fact, when I came here I got my host family this book: Not even a chuckle.... crasala
Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks county most of my life. Don't miss much about the area except Cheesesteaks, Hoagies and soft pretzels.
fearless1
I'm from Pennsylvania. I go home every year for Christmas and New Years. I still go to the Mummer's parade every New Years Day.

northernjohn
Never been there but it sure looks like it would be a great place to set up a tour company.
