Hello, does anyone know where, or even if it's possible, to rent a RIB or small speed boat/motor boat on Phuket? Just want to do a little bit of exploring.

You really think that a boat can be rented as a self drive/self navigate. I very much doubt it. For sure no problem if hiring the boat with owner/owner staff.
