Anyone in the know can tell us what is the plan for that area near the old bowling green?

condo? resort? stores?

At one time I think they were talking about another TukCom. More recently someone said it was going to an entertainment venue along the lines of the old Hollywood ... I guess ... but both ideas are second-hand conjecture, which is probably as much as they're worth.

Some thoughts were expressed a couple of years ago on the same location ... if you go down a few posts here

I think the new Tukcom will be near Foodland on Klang? Went by yesterday and it looks like they are progressing quite well. Towards Suk is another major construction site. Not sure what it will be, but when these are done, traffic will be impossible on that road.

One of the business owners that had to re locate from there mentioned it was going to be condos, or at least that is what he was told by his landlord.

I know people who have paid a deposit on the condo's they gonna build on that land.

Petty detail is that they paid the deposit long time before they built Xzyte.

Definitely condos.

A thai friend of mine has a house that backs onto it and she told me the other day that they are going to be cheapish condos.
