It means: this website is not appropriate

OK thx. I can only assume they think it can be useful to terrorists. Though I haven't heard of other countries blocking it.

Oh, it doesn't have to have anything to do with terrorism. They block loads of sites, also porn, gambling, partner sites, mail order bride sites and so on.

Bit pathetic because there's so many ways around it.

A good question to ask is 'what is an anonymous proxy' ?

Though they started blocking those too.. Again, pathetic..

It's the seemingly randomness of it that makes one wonder about their criteria. Some sites that shouldn't be blocked are and some sites that I "accidently" run into that would make a Pat Pong pole dancer blush are not.
