They installed these new barriers at the swimming enclosure near Soi 7/Pattaya Klang today. They are like the floating pontoon kind of cubes that they use on the beaches of the Thai islands to have boats arrive. It does look kind of narrow, a Russian jumped the sea when he walked into a Thai couple. They go into the sea about 50 meters.

Now I am thinking:

1) How many people will slip an sink their Smartphone (the shops will be probably happy about this one)?

2) How many Russians will drink on it till passing out and then drown?

3) How many fights will there be when people accidentally walk into other people and fall into the water?
