Death of Queen CRV the Fourth

What's your price range? Have you considered the Subaru VX or the new Forester. There are 2 models for the Forester; a 2.0i and an XT turbo version. Though the latter is a little expensive.

I had the opportunity to drive it and I was very impressed, but not so impressed with the interior. If you're looking for a car that is safer like no other, and a 4x4 system like no other, then the Subaru is worth considering if you want something a little different too.

An emission free Diesel with no DPF sounds as likely as a Politician's promise.

What makes you thisk it is true ?

Not sure why you are so easily ruling out the new CRV if you have been happy with previous models...

mazda CX5 diesel as its emmissions free with no DPF

laugh.png at emmision free diesel even with exhaust scrubbing through urea injection and a DPF,

BTW the CX5 Diesels shipped to Thailand DO come with DPF, so owners will have to deal with the still unresolved issues there. Unfortunately Mazda does not yet offer a 2.5l petrol with AWD as they do in Malaysia, if they offered that with istop and some more colours that be better.

So we went for the CX5! HOWEVER!! we did not. None in stock. Delivery date unknown. "Would we like a Mazda 2?".

"Definitely not". "What if you paid a 50,000 Baht deposit and we gave you a discount, (I don't joke), of 100,000 Baht?"

"Your wife's mother is VIP in this town " Wife "Ow" Me: "Which swamp has this car been rescued from?".

Got the VIN and Chassis codes, rang Mazda...No, no car made in January...???Maybe

So we were off to Ford/Isuzu etc.."Can we have a 15% discount?" " "NO".....so wife has a new car,

I have to drive the Benz..no hardship...Interested in other posters experience with 'negotiating' discounts!!!

I will bide my time!!!

I am more confused than ever? Did she get a car or not, try to be coherent. Thanks

Can I have what you're having?
