Travel conditions in Bangkok, Thursday 27 February

Not sure where to post this question. On Thursday, the 27th, I plan to travel to the Centerpoint Hotel near Nana BTS station, by van, from Ratchaburi Province, via Victory Monument. Travel from Victory Monument to Nana will be by BTS. Is that clear of the expected demonstrations?

Thank you.

Voctory Monument has fewer vans and traffic is diverted

Taxis are difficult to get there and Tuk tuks charge you more because of that...

But I had no problems 2/3 weeks ago.

Just dogde the "grenades"

Don't call me coward... I just left Bangkok few weeks back and am delegating all important business to my colleagues... they understand :) the risks involved :(

This is not true. Protestors left more than a week ago from Victory Monument. I pass in that area every day and I confirm Victory monument runs smooth. The BTS to Nana runs smooth.

Have a good trip!

Ps: Do NOT go through the protests side at any time. This is now getting dangerous.

I was at Victory Monument on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Not one protester in sight, and no problems of any kind.

Thanks for the replies. I made the trip, and as you all indicated, no problem.
