djjamie
I wish the innocent victim a speedy recover. Lets hope they catch the perpetrator quickly though I don't hold my hopes up that they do. One would think the peaceful protestors would be safe in a park, but no.

Super intelligent thinking GK, Do you suggest he was a possible suicide bomber from the middle east ??? or he had a ring of grenades around his waist and accidently caught the pin with his cuff link??? If the device was to go off later, what time do you think that would be ???? Odd that it was a PDRC chap ????? who else is there around that area ?? Illegal workers looking for a job ?? amazing post GK.

tx22cb
I find it odd - there are several Army sandbagged sites all around Lumpini, not to mention all the guards posted everywhere around the perimeter. I would have thought that nothing, repeat nothing, could happen from the outside without being detect-able by one of the Army units or by the guards. Curiouser and curiouser. djjamie
This attack also highlights why the army have set up bunkers around Bangkok. As Tida said they only have old people that support the UDD which may explain the terrible aim on some of these attacks on innocent "all principle of democracy" supporters, but even those old supporters obviously have access to military grade weapons (10 million according to the red shirt leaders) so the army are paramount to stopping these armed grandma's (according to Tida) from attacking the innocent 6 wheel chair bound grandma's (according to the 1 principle of democracy supporters on TVF) So between the UDD leaders and the "one principle of democracy" supporters pom TVF this battle should be moved to an old age home! That's PTP logic right there.

Odd that it was just the PDRC chap and no one else. The usual; in attempt to frame the opposition, he 'pulled a pin.' Regarding that anyway- its been M79's time & again, with much fewer accounts of pin pulling and short range throwing. It's not odd it was PDRC since they've been the target day in day out as you'll see in the news if you read beyond the headlines.

Odd that it was just the PDRC chap and no one else. So predictable! I was wondering who would be the first one to come up with such a crap! If the title of the OP was "Red shirt guard injured in explosion" and the circumstances where exactly the same as in this OP you can guarantee he would resort to his "default" "poor red shirt attacked by PDRC" statement. He uses his "beliefs" as facts. Since he has no facts and he has been programmed to see the PDRC as a threat which has been ingrained by the UDD who conveniently blame the PDRC for all the PTP and UDD faults he simply is wired to make this "default" statement when the PDRC has been attacked. It is not his fault and quite frankly I pity him. Blame the UDD propaganda schools as they are the guilty ones. His statement is only a byproduct of a much greater evil regime. I also quoted the UDD supporters in a previous OP today, but changed the words around to highlight the hypocrisy that they display and boy did they get upset. They like to give it, but hate to take it. http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/710016-man-assaulted-by-pcad-guards-was-not-armed-agent/?p=7547336 Edited March 11, 2014 by djjamie
