Cant log in

Reformated using Win 7 & IE11,same as my other 4PCs ,got password from forgotten password via G Mail no prob.but still cant log in. Is this a Username Prob.?. tried Ace of Pop,and the one you use to join but nothing works.Any Ideas.?.Bit annoyed the P.C. is right next to me now.

Try deleting cookies and empty cache that can clear the problem sometimes.
