Got a connectivity problem on TRUE? Please post it here.

Featured Replies

I am currently working closely with TRUE on fixing several connectivity problems caused by routing problems and/or their transparent proxy.

If you have any issue connecting/loading any website, please do list all affected URLs in this thread so that we can analyze and fix the issues.

Note, I am not referring to websites blocked/censored by the Thai government (MICT), but referring to websites that you can access using other VPN/Proxies or providers (like TOT/3BB/DTAC/AIS etc.) but which you can't connect to/load using TRUE (Broadband, DOCSIS, DSL and/or 3G).

I have intermittent problems with TRUE. For example, sometimes bbc.co.uk pages don't load. But if I log on to a VPN they will then load. They may also load from TRUE sometime later. 1-2 weeks ago this happened every day for about 7-14 days. Then it resolved itself and all pages have loaded since. I've had this problem on and off with TRUE for 3-4 years. It's ok for months, then will cause problems for days or weeks. Logging on to a VPN always solves it. Not just bbc but lots of websites. None in particular, just a general problem. Also, usually only certain pages. So I could try to open 10 bbc pages and 6 might work and 4 might not.

Yes, TRUE is aware of the EU link issues that happened 1-2 weeks ago, but this has already been fixed, at least for now. I am interested in current problems, that can be reproduced right now.

Number of site issues which seem to be completely bypassed with VPN to Singapore go figure.

American Express, Capital One, Agoda, Scoot to name a couple.

Tried all of them on my TRUE ADSL and all work just fine. Can't reproduce this. Which DNS do you use? Can you pls copy & paste here your tracert to www.americanexpress.com?

Here is mine, looks quite good (amex is using Akamai CDN, which explains why the trace is so short):

So is it safe to say that all HTTP connectivity problems with TRUE are now resolved?
