Hi All,

I have a house outside of Pattaya (Nr Mabprachan), I need to get a RELIABLE builder to make some urgent repairs to my house as I cannot get over for a while, can anyone make any recommendations? - I got burnt by the crappy builder who built the house with some cheap parts, resulting in damage due to burst pipes. I would also like the property repainted too.

Good luck, it is almost impossible to find anyone reliable around here even if you are here all the time. Don't envy you trying to do it remotely

have comments, pro and con, on the builders they have used.

You may find a reliable builder in the Pattaya region, or one who is not located

locally who can meet your needs..

I have the telephone number of a builder I recently used to convert a house into Apartments, he did a fantastic job, and his price was reasonable..

I have given his number to a few Thai visa members, and they were also happy with him.. He is a really nice chap. I will PM you his number now...........
