OP as Swiss1960 alluded to probably any and every clothes shop depending on if you just want a polo shirt to play golf in or a supposedly specific golf shirt. You can certainly buy them at Siam and most of the other courses - if you want to pay their prices. Sports and clothes shops in any of the malls and the discount centre on Thappasit/Suk would be obvious places to start..........
