Are you sure that is it? This is because the msg is longer than the remaining balance thing. Do they change the date to gregorian too?

Good Point, maybe I was a bit quick off the mark there... it could be something to do with Data also..

With TrueMove H, #123# returns the remaining pre-paid balance and the expiration date.

Sending an SMS to 9789 with b in the body returns data usage.

I personally find it simpler and easier to use the iService Android app, you can choose English. Gives you all the information on one screen.

You could try the IVR system on 9304.

I don't think a balance of above 100 is low. 444 is rather high.
