I am more then 10 years on 'Thai Wife' visa extension, living here with Thai wife,

in our own home.

Where do I go ??????

What do I take ???? ?

I do not really see much benefits as you seem to have done OK without one for 10 years! However, you firstly get an affadavit from Immigration giving permission, most require the property owner and 2 witnesses. Ask before you make an appointment exactly what documents required as will vary. This then has to be taken to District Office for Amphur. Normally takes just over a month, but who knows in Thailand. Please note however that some Immigration Offices have turned down requests by foreigners despite it being legal.
