Open to offers in Hospitality management and Logistics

As short and sweet as I can:

Fluent Thai and English and proficiency in Cantonese, Thai Citizen (ID and passport) , Hong Kong Resident (ID; right of abode) and Jersey Citizen C.I (Passport).

7 years experience in hospitality including back office work, admin, finance and managerial positions in London and the Channel Islands (finance).

I have had 40 staff under my management, my first point of call was to turn around a failing branch (restaurant) which was haemorrhaging money in London; Dean Street Soho within 6 months.

I managed to turn the branch around to bring in a gross projected profit of £240k annually. It has now been a little over a year since I left that branch (10/02/13). Before I left I appointed my own sanctioned manager, since then the branch has been averaging a gross profit of £20k, monthly.

In 3 years my input from R&D with hospitality in Asia will now build, from scratch another 2 restaurants in London this year, with a projection of another 5 in the next 4 years from my continued consultation, in which I invested my own capitol.

REFERENCES AVAILABLE from Directors and Co-founder of Rosas London LTD + past projects.

Extensive knowledge in common & civil law.

I am not a sheep so do not offer any jobs which require so, I believe in efficiency and conservatism above all.

Thank for your time.
