BANGKOK: -- A former Miss Thailand World contestant has pressed charge against owners of a beauty clinic in Bangkok for advertising with a photo showing her nipple.

According to Ms. Thanyarat Mongkolchengchai, 27, who ran in the 2007 Miss Thailand World contest, last October she was hired as an advertisement model by a beauty clinic in Soi Thonglor 18.

Ms. Thanyarat said the contract dictates that she would have the rights to review the photos taken in the photoshoot session, and to decide which photos can be used in the advertisement.

However, Ms. Thanyarat told police, it emerged last week that the clinic has used one of her photos - which showed her right nipple - in both printed and online advertisement.

"The photo is very inappropriate," Ms. Thanyarat said, "So I called them and asked about the photo, but the clinic kept evading my questions. They try to avoid any talks with me and shrug off any responsibility, so I have to ask for help from the police and the media".

She vowed to pursue the case in both criminal and civil courts, and would not stop until the clinic administration apologises and compensates her.

The police said they will investigate Ms. Thanyarat's complaint and proceed to summon the clinic owners for further interrogation.

Why would she complain so much acting like a boob. So this company doesn't want to speak to her face to face. Maybe she should try to meet them nipple to nipple to discuss compensation.

I guess she has her nipples in a roar over this scandal. :-):-):-):-)

Pol Snr Sgt Maj Gen Col 1st Lieutenenat in charge of Nipple Affairs (a previously inactive post) had this to say:

"First we will have to establish that the nipple in question does belong to Ms Thanyarat and is indeed a right nipple and not a photoshopped left nipple. Our forensic team is number one in the world on nipple identities! After that we mediate the compensation between the nipple owner and the beauty clinic, I look very much forward to that. Just imagine, I get a salary to do this kind of work, life's good!"

Let me get this right... she is so embarrassed by the photo she files charges and while filing these charges she holds up the embarrassing photo for the media to be sure even those who don't read the magazine (ie. all dudes) will see the photo. Have to give her credit for knowing how to get her name out there.

All copys have sold out in an hour , they will print a couple hundred thousand for the evening edition

Bizzarre. She spends her career flashing her body off to anyone with a camera (and no doubt a few quid to throw her way) and is now in a tantrum because a nipple slipped out....

I think I'll have to go over some of her bikini shots with a fine toothed comb checking for signs of an inappropriate camel toe........
