90 day report, re-entry, non-b visa

Featured Replies

I'm on a one year non-b visa

I last reported my 90 days on January 18, and I am due again April 18

However, I am leaving the country on April 7 and returning April 22.

Do I need to do a 90 day report?

I am intending to get a re-entry stamp.

When I return to the country April 22 on the re-entry stamp, do I not need to report again until 90 days from April 22?

edit: sorry, wrong forum. could a moderator move it?

Not sure why there is so much confusion, about these reports.. The 90 day address report is for those remaining 90 consecutive days or more in Thailand, if you aren't here 90 days, no report is due. You are correct that the count will begin again upon re-entry. The re-entry permit simply keeps your permission to stay valid, and has nothing to do with the address report requirements.
