Jomtien Beach Road one way

Featured Replies

I thought it was just at the end of Beach Road where they are making new pavements but this morning Council workers were out in force putting up new signs all the way down to Chaipruk. I think they are going to do the same as Pattaya beach road ad Soi 5 has a no entry sign.

Not sure if it is a good or bad thing but I bet it will be a mess for a while

Makes perfect sense to me, use that dump of a second road more.

Or is this another April's fools?

Yea it is , sorry

Makes perfect sense to me, use that dump of a second road more.

And Second Road is also going to be one way the other way, typical, they spend all that money on a dual carriageway and then make it one way, TiT

But as I understand it the defunct carriageway is to be given over to parking and street vendors.

Its only going to be one way for Baht bus and Taxi's first I heardw00t.gif

You know you really can't prank on Aprils Fools Day, since it is no different than any other day in Thailand

It started as an April Fools joke but the more I think about it the more sense it makes. It would be safer, smoother and not really disruptive and there are plenty of cut through soi's.
