I am a Singapore citizen and I registered my marriage to a Thai lady in Singapore. On the wedding certificate, she used her own family surname but have since changed to follow my surname. So her current passport surname is different from the wedding certificate. My divorce lawyer require her to do a Deed Poll in english to show her surname change. Please advise how this can be done in Bangkok. Thanks everyone

Best is if she inquires at an amphur/khet (district office). Since she changed he name on her Thai passport, she must hve registere the marriage in Thailand as well. The amphur has a record of this and the name change.

This she can have translated into English, certified by the Thai Foreign Ministry and than certified by the Singaporean embassy.
