There were three lumber yards in Phra Khanong for the eight years I have lived here. Now that I finally want to buy some lumber to make some special shelves, I find them all disappeared, condos arising in their locations...every one of them.

Where in central Bangkok can I buy decent lumber?

Kluai nam thai,turn right and head toward at narong toll booth,there are many stalls along the train tracks selling rough sawn and planed timber

Wood St....out near the hua Lamphang....no idea spelling...I think it is train station.....piles of wood shops all up and down this road.
