I don't know if anyone can answer this.

Apparently, Thai nationals declared bankrupt cannot leave the country for 3 years (or 5 if declared bankrupt in absentia) afterwards. Would a Thai citizen, now resident in the UK and travelling on a British passport, be likely to be prevented from leaving again if they arrived in Thailand during this 3/5-year period?

Hope the question is not too irrelevant.
